Hey, it's Pinar again. Fun name I know! It's also probably not pronounced how you think either. But we can get into that another time.
Although my educational background is in Marketing & Commerce, I've always had a keen interest in design growing up, even if I didn't know it at the time. Being introduced to the world of UX/UI in 2021, and undertaking a bootcamp with Monash University, it's safe to say I haven't looked back since.
My genuine interest in design and technology, coupled with my ability to empathise and form genuine connections with people, I believe has led me to be a better user-centric designer, with the user at the heart of every decision I make.
I thrive on the challenge of understanding users and delivering intuitive solutions that exceed their expectations. Whether it's designing sleek web apps or optimising web platforms, my goal is always the same: to create products that are both functional, accessible, but also beautiful, as I find immense joy in that intersection.
Beyond my professional life, I have a deep passion for sports. I grew up playing tennis and soccer — essentially, anything that I could get my hands on. These days, you can find me climbing, or playing pickleball on Tuesdays at Barangaroo Social (but please don't ask me about cardio).
I am a genuine team player who values professionalism while also knowing how to keep things light and fun, adding good energy to any team (I also come with pretty good Spotify playlists as a bonus).
If you believe I'd be a good fit for the team, or you just want to learn how to pronounce my name – feel free to reach out, I'd love to say hi!
